Service Agreement & Estimate Visit Terms

Our goal is to provide reliable, professional, respectful, and high-quality cleaning services while maintaining clear expectations for both our clients and our team.

By requesting an estimate, scheduling a visit, or submitting a form through this website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

 

ESTIMATE VISITS & APPOINTMENTS

 

  • In-person estimates are scheduled by appointment only.
  • Appointment times are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, emergencies, prior appointments, staffing adjustments, or operational delays.
  • Submission of an estimate request does not guarantee acceptance as a client or guarantee service availability.
  • Sirlei Cleaning Services reserves the right to decline, reschedule, postpone, or cancel appointments when necessary.
  • Clients requesting cancellation or rescheduling are encouraged to provide at least 24 hours notice whenever possible.
  • Repeated no-shows, denied property access, or excessive last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future appointments or services.

 

PROPERTY ACCESS & SAFETY

 

  • By scheduling an estimate or cleaning service, the client authorizes Sirlei Cleaning Services representatives to access the property at the agreed date and time.
  • Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to all areas relevant to the estimate or cleaning service.
  • Pets that may interfere with safety, communication, or cleaning activities should be properly secured during visits and services.
  • Clients should inform Sirlei Cleaning Services in advance of any conditions that may affect safety or service quality, including:
    • pest infestations;
    • mold concerns;
    • biohazards;
    • ongoing construction;
    • unsafe flooring;
    • structural instability;
    • or other hazardous conditions.
  • Sirlei Cleaning Services reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if working conditions are considered unsafe, hostile, unsanitary beyond normal residential standards, or inappropriate for staff safety.

 

TEAM ASSIGNMENTS & STAFFING

 

  • Sirlei Cleaning Services will make reasonable efforts to maintain consistency in cleaning teams whenever possible.
  • However, due to scheduling changes, employee availability, vacations, illnesses, emergencies, staffing adjustments, or operational needs, assignment of the same cleaning team or technician cannot be guaranteed.
  • Sirlei Cleaning Services reserves the right to assign, replace, or rotate team members at its discretion.

 

PRICING & SERVICE CONDITIONS

 

  • Estimate pricing is based on the visible condition of the property at the time of the visit.
  • Final pricing may vary depending on:
    • property size;
    • condition;
    • level of buildup;
    • clutter;
    • pet hair;
    • accessibility;
    • time required;
    • add-on services;
    • or special cleaning requests.
  • Deep cleaning, move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, or heavily neglected properties may require additional time and charges.
  • Estimates are non-binding until officially approved and confirmed by Sirlei Cleaning Services.
  • If the actual condition of the property substantially differs from the information originally provided, Sirlei Cleaning Services reserves the right to adjust pricing, modify the scope of work, or reschedule service.

 

ADDITIONAL SERVICES & SCOPE CHANGES

 

  • Requests for additional services, extra tasks, special cleaning requests, or changes in scope must be approved through management or supervision prior to service.
  • Cleaning staff members are not authorized to independently approve pricing changes, additional work, discounts, schedule modifications, or service agreements.
  • Additional tasks requested during service may result in additional charges, scheduling adjustments, or partial completion depending on time availability.
  • Any unofficial arrangements or agreements made directly with cleaning staff are not recognized, approved, or guaranteed by Sirlei Cleaning Services.

 

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Clients agree to provide accurate and truthful information regarding the property and requested services.
  • To help avoid accidental damage or misplacement, clients are encouraged to secure valuables, cash, jewelry, confidential documents, fragile items, firearms, collectibles, and other irreplaceable belongings prior to service.
  • Clients should notify Sirlei Cleaning Services in advance regarding alarms, gate access, parking restrictions, pets, or special property instructions.
  • Delays caused by locked properties, restricted access, utility interruptions, excessive clutter, unsafe conditions, or unexpected property conditions may affect service quality, duration, or completion time.
  • For health and safety reasons, our team does not handle hazardous biological materials, needles, human waste, animal waste, or dangerous chemicals unless previously approved in writing.

 

PHOTOS & DOCUMENTATION

 

  • Sirlei Cleaning Services may document property conditions before, during, or after service for quality control, scheduling verification, dispute resolution, training, damage verification, or safety purposes.
  • Reasonable efforts will be made to avoid capturing sensitive or personal information whenever possible.

 

WEATHER & UNFORESEEN EVENTS

 

  • Severe weather conditions, unsafe road conditions, emergencies, staff illnesses, equipment failures, or other unforeseen operational events may require delays, rescheduling, or cancellation of appointments and services.
  • Sirlei Cleaning Services will make reasonable efforts to communicate scheduling changes as promptly as possible.

 

PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

 

  • Sirlei Cleaning Services maintains a respectful and professional environment for both clients and staff.
  • Harassment, threats, abusive language, discrimination, unsafe behavior, or inappropriate conduct toward staff members will not be tolerated.
  • Service may be immediately refused, suspended, or discontinued if any team member feels unsafe, threatened, or disrespected.

 

NON-SOLICITATION OF EMPLOYEES & CONTRACTORS

 

  • Clients agree not to directly hire, solicit, employ, contract, or independently engage Sirlei Cleaning Services employees or contractors outside of the company during an active client relationship.
  • Any private arrangements made directly between clients and company staff are strictly outside the responsibility, liability, scheduling structure, supervision, and insurance coverage of Sirlei Cleaning Services.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

  • Sirlei Cleaning Services is not responsible for:
    • pre-existing damage;
    • improperly secured items;
    • unstable furniture;
    • improperly installed fixtures;
    • normal wear and tear;
    • aging materials or surfaces;
    • or issues resulting from previously undisclosed property conditions.
  • Any concerns regarding service quality or alleged damage should be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
  • Liability for approved claims shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific cleaning service provided.

 

COMPANY POLICIES & AUTHORITY

 

  • Official company policies, pricing, scheduling decisions, and service approvals are determined solely by Sirlei Cleaning Services management.
  • Employees and contractors are not authorized to modify company policies, approve unofficial agreements, guarantee pricing exceptions, or create verbal side agreements on behalf of the company.

 

WEBSITE & ELECTRONIC AGREEMENT

 

  • By submitting a form through this website, the client electronically confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
  • Electronic submission constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of this Service Agreement & Estimate Visit Terms.
  • Clients who do not agree with these terms should not submit a service request form.

 

Electronic submission of the "Request Free In-Person Estimate" form constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of this agreement.
